Stadium Sports Apparel is a sportswear store based in Pensacola, Fl. Founded in 2021, the company creates custom activewear apparel for local sports clubs and high school athletic programs. Stadium has proudly produced over 10,000 in house uniforms for local teams, and continues to grow.
The five stars represents the five owners of the company and also stands for the five star service that the company aims to produce. The companies main letterform of their name “Stadium” in the logo is inspired by 1970s to 1990s script baseball designs. These letterforms shaped an era of baseball that inspired generations of baseball lovers. These script fonts continue to be used for majority of baseball uniform designs.
This specific sign in the companies home state of Florida inspired the creation of the Stadium logo. This original sign is from the Chicago White Sox facility in Sarasota and is highlighted by the iconic script font. Another reference for this brand design was early advertisments for Dodger Stadium.
